rekonq: CTRL+Left click should open tab actively

Currently there is the option to always open new tabs in the background (a new tab is created, but the view stays in the current tab), e.g. when middle-clicking on a link.

If this option is enabled, there is no way to open a tab actively (create new tab and switch the view to it automatically).

It would be nice to be able to open certain new tabs actively, even though the option “Open tabs in the background” is enabled.

For example CTRL+Left click on a link could trigger this.
