Abstract

For moin 1.9, the INSTALL.html / UPDATE.html file creation process needs fixing so that e.g. anchor links point to anchors within the html file (not to remote http://master19.moinmo.in/... urls).

Details

On master19 wiki we document the installation/update procedure of moin. When creating a moin release the wiki page becomes converted to a html file (docs/INSTALL.html + UPDATE.html) and this is added to the download archive (make install-docs). Some links on this page still link to the master wiki while the same content is in the file. You have to fix the Makefile so that it uses links to the local file.

this makes the install docs better readable
