Supply the following:

1. current *.po file based on latest git checkout (see below)

2. At least three word list files with at least 50 words each.

3. keyboard.lst file specifying what unicode characters can be typed, and with what finger (see other themes under data/themes/ for examples).

4. settings.txt file specifying the UTF-8 locale to use, and the name of a truetype font that can display the needed characters (can probably be the same as we use for Russian, but I'm not sure of that).
