[bbPress] Allow users to mark topics as favorites

Write a patch to allow logged in users to mark topics as favorites. This should include the template files necessary to view and edit user favorites, as well as the functions and API necessary to make this work.
You can use the existing code from the bbPress trunk as a starting off point.
