It would be nice to test the emerge portage package for Mula since it would somewhat simplify testing of the software in Windows environment. You can execute the following commands after setting up emerge or/and update it:

emerge mula-src

The only dependency is Qt (core) in that file. No major issues expected. It would also be a great addition to have the building steps documented. Here you can fine the file if you need to test your local fix(es) in case of any issues.
