Complete Russian translation for KTimetracker interface and handbook

Expected results: Complete translation of ktimetracker.po (87 messages) ktimetracker.po (handbook, 84 messages) + 4 screenshots (.png) into Russian. The translation should follow the guidelines of Russian KDE translation. There should be no typos in it (see the References on how to check).

Prerequisites: Basic English terminology, good Russian.
