Abstract
Verify that GivenAuth auth method works with apache2 for http basic auth. Document how it is configured.

- configure apache2 for http basic auth
test if GivenAuth works - if it does not work, file an issue on bitbucket
test also with non-ascii usernames (and if you use windows, fix that coding todo in the existing GivenAuth docs)
- write documentation about it, extend existing documentation about it

Benefits
moin2 has several builtin authentication methods. GivenAuth for moin2 is not verified currently.
