At the moment the Apertium translation interface[1] is pretty outdated. Design a new HTML page and CSS.

Some guideines for design:

* There should be two boxes, horizontal one for input text, the other for translation

* The pair direction button should be reversible

* There should be one drop-down for source language and one drop-down for target language.
