a configuration dialog for the stars plugin has been created.

Add more Configuration Options:

- Add checkboxes to turn the various objects on and off

- Add a horizontal Slider that allows to filter stars down to a certain level of magnitude (so that all stars which are more faint don't get rendered).

- Add some means to configure the color of the constellation lines.
