The following issues with the new MarbleLegendBrowser should be fixed:

• When right-clicking the map, currently a reload menu appears. Pressing that reload menu doesnt trigger the method which "fills" the html template. This should be fixed.
• In the case of political borders in the atlas map the background color extends wider (24x12) than the actual pixmap (12x12). The background color should cover the same area as the pixmap.
