During a prior task a tool had been created which creates a kml file from our constellations.dat file

This task is about adding labels to the constellations.

The lines which don't contain numbers but text strings should be used as labels for the constellation.

While iterating through the lines of a single constellation the average longitudes/latitudes of those coordinates should be calculated. The average coordinate should then be assigned to the placemark.
