Edit the page http://wiki.apertium.org/wiki/Volga-Kama_languages on the apertium wiki to make it look more like http://wiki.apertium.org/wiki/Turkic_languages and http://wiki.apertium.org/wiki/Indic_languages, but keep the information about number of speakers and vulnerability.

The main thing we want are tables summarising all stand-alone language packages (check in languages and incubator), and a table summarising current pairs (check in incubator, nursery, staging, and trunk). Make sure to implement stats pages correctly for all languages and pairs.  Don't worry about coverage numbers, but do count stems (many of the languages have this done already).
