Marble handbook: Describe Location panel (position tracking / GPS)

completed by: alexandruvful

Marble is a virtual globe and world atlas — your Swiss army knife for maps. Find your way and explore the world!

The Marble handbook currently lacks a section describing how to use GPS and other devices for position tracking. Install Marble and play around with position tracking to get an understanding of it. When you feel comfortable with it, start documenting it similar to the other sections in the handbook. You can use the existing section on searching places as a base.

Note: It's not necessary to write in docbook format. You can use OpenOffice or LibreOffice or Latex or Google Docs as well, whatever you feel most comfortable in. Please read the documentation guide on doing screenshots though and follow them. Please do not use Microsoft Office.
