Let's work on the color and background design of the FOSSASIA GCI website. Create a section or change color and background design of sections

The FOSSASIA GCI website has different sections. We want to separate the two bottom sections.

Task details

1) Seperate The 3 Column Footer area and the "Made with.." area into two sections

2) Make the "Made with.." section with 100% width.
