Haiku currently has a command line ftp program in it's source tree.  This task is to create a HaikuPorter recipe to build the latest version of the ftp program and outsource it from Haiku's tree.  You'll need to search through the ftp source code and determine where the home of the latest version of the code resides, and then write a recipe to be able to build and run it on Haiku.  Note that patching may or may not be required.
