Motion ramping / Time stretching

This PiTiVi project proposal aims at implementing motion ramping in the video editor. Motion ramping allows the speed of a clip to be changed over time. The ultimate goal is a smooth interpolation between frames to avoid twitchy results, for example when applying slow-motion on a regular speed video.
