MOTECH-on-the-cloud: A Porting of MOTECH platform on Google App Engine

This project brings MOTECH platform onto Google App Engine (GAE) cloud platform so that ease out all the installation and configuration cumbersome that a new user might encounter when setting things up. A cloud version of MOTECH also provides extra functionality for MOTECH application by utilizing GAE's provided services. Further, with MOTECH-on-the-cloud scalability and maintainability are covered automatically by the platform.
