Implement the OAuth2 Support for Web Services APIs

This project aims to design an OpenMRS module to add support for OAuth2 based authentication and authorization and provide secure access to resource owners/ clients trying to access the API’s of FHIR and REST Web Services module ( and also provide hooks to extend the support for future modules).
