Your task

Combine Username and Password field in a single prompt: right now user has to insert username first and password later. Expand QTfrontend/ui/dialog/input_password.cpp to ask for a username nicely and remove redundant code from QTfrontend/ui/page/pagemain.cpp.

Deliverable

A working patch, that applies cleanly to our source tree. This patch should be in the form of a pull from clone, hg export or unified diff format (in order of preference) implementing the functionality required.
