Currently the cron job to update the db on our production instance of isitfedoraruby is limited by openshift's 5 minute cron timeout.

The student should figure out and implement a better way which to import the necessary data with one or multiple jobs that satisfy the openshift constrains.

The student should describe the strategy used here and upload the new cron job(s) after which the mentor will make the task as completed
