We need to add internationalization support to the isitfedoraruby web application.

The student should look into various mechanisms which to accomplish this and identify / recommend a viable solution to the mentor. The student should add the necessary dependencies and config needed to support the agreed upon solution.

The student should send patches adding the support after which the mentor will mark this task as closed.
