PySoy: Shader for Bumpmapping

Extend our fragment shader for
soy.materials.Textured in the
gles2 branch of libsoy to support Bumpmapping. This should be much simpler than the current bumpmapping code using CPU generated tangent-space light vectors (TSLVs) and a normalization cubemap. For simplicity, this task need only support a single light.
